The Pentax K-1 Mark II DSLR Camerawas designed to be the new flagship of the acclaimed PENTAX K-series lineup. In addition to the outstanding image quality, this model provides excellent super-high-sensitivity imaging performance and much-improved operability. The newly improved PRIME IV imaging engine, assures flawless, high-speed operation and excellent noise-reduction, improving image quality and super-high-sensitivity imaging performance.

The PENTAX-developed Pixel Shift Resolution System has been upgraded to the Pixel Shift Resolution System II. This system features a newly developed Dynamic Pixel Shift Resolution mode, which allows the photographer to capture super-high-sensitivity images in handheld shooting, by detecting the slight fluctuations of the subject’s position during continuous shooting.

Included with the camera body is the HD PENTAX-D FA 28-105mm f/3.5-5.6 ED DC WR Auto Focus lens; a versatile wide-angle to short-telephoto zoom to suit photographing in a wide variety of situations. This flexible and relatively compact lens utilizes low dispersion glass in its design to minimize chromatic aberrations and color fringing throughout the zoom range while an HD coating has been applied to suppress flare and ghosting for improved contrast. Also included is the Pentax HD PENTAX-D FA 70-210mm f/4 ED SDM WR Lens compact, lightweight design weighs 819 grams (approx.), this zoom lens covers the 35mm image circle of full-frame DSLRs and provides a focal length range of 70mm to 210mm which is ideal for handheld outdoor photography. When mounted on an APS-C camera, its focal length range is extended to the equivalent of 107mm to 322mm in the 35mm format.
