Shipping Information:

  • The Camera Box offers FREE 1-3 Days Shipping on most orders of $50 and up.
  • Most order of above $50 and less than 2 lbs. have FREE 2 Day Shipping across all 50 US States.
  • Orders received prior to 2:00 PM EST are shipped within the same business day (Mon-Thurs.) [Friday prior to 11:00 am] 
  • Orders shipped within the Continental USA are shipped with FEDEX unless otherwise specified. We do offer other services like Next Day Service as well as Two Day Rush Delivery Service. 
  • We do not take responsibility for the loss of packages shipped via USPS. However, we will make sure to take care of lost package claims.

Same Day Warehouse Pickup:

  • The Camera Box offers same day warehouse pickup for orders placed online. Your shipping address must be in the NY/NJ/CT area in order for the pickup option to appear at checkout.
  • Pickup is available during our regular business hours.
  • Always call in advance before picking up your order to make sure your order is ready.
  • Orders are generally ready within 30 minutes.

Orders shipped to an international destination or to a USA territory are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Insured or Express. 
We do not take responsibility for the loss of packages shipped via USPS. However, we will make sure to take care of lost package claims.

As required by law, all orders shipped within New York State are subject to sales tax. No sales tax applied to orders shipped outside New York State.

Return policies:

  • All returns require a prior authorization and a RA number.
  • Returned merchandise must be in perfect resalable condition, in its original manufacturer's carton all its contents included. Instruction manuals and blank warranty cards must be returned.
  • Please include a copy of the original sales receipt and a letter briefly explaining reason for return.
  • Returned merchandise is subject to a minimum of 15% restocking fee.
  • Return authorizations will only be granted within thirty (30) days of receipt of order. Items must be returned to our location within a week.
  • Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping carton.
  • Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.
  • For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • Special-order items or selected products may not be returned to Inc. Direct all special-order items to the manufacturer if found defective.
  • Merchandise accepted for return will be inspected and evaluated for credit upon its return and are then subject to our acceptance and approval.
  • Credit will be issued to your credit/debit card unless other form of payment was initially used in the purchase.
  • It may take up to 3 business days to process your return.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable, regardless.
