- If you have the older model HD280 pros, the headband pad does take some work to get on. You need to stretch it out a bit to get it to wrap around the top and get seated in the zip channel. Take your time with it - hold it vertically and stretch outward working from top to bottom - repeat a few times and then try to wrap around the top. Keep working at it until one side can join together - once that happens, it's easy to zip it the rest of the way
